The costs associated with <br /> the entire exercise were reimbursed through federal grant funding. The police department continues to send officers to the <br /> deployments and on occasion sends sergeants to lead the Task Force's <br /> south county team. The police department's Investigation Division <br /> captain is the commander of the task force. <br />
