This Agreement wi�l be renevved automatically for each succeeding year unless written notic� of termination is pro�ided by either party to the other no �ess than 6�days before the end of such Agreement year. 9. Amendments and Adaustrnents �a} This Agreement may not be amended except by written instrument sigmed by the parties. �b} The parties agree that ar� adjustrnent to compensation or adminis�rati�e ar�d operationa� ser�ices u.r�der this Agreement may on�y be imp�emented by ICMA-R� through a proposa,� to the Employer �ia correspondence or the Emp�oyer Bu�letin. The Employer wi�� be gi�en at least �4 days to re�ievv the proposa� before the effecti�e date of the adjustment. Such adjustment sha�l become effecti�e unless, within the �4 day period before the effecti�e date, the Employer not�fies I�MA-R� in w�riting that it does not accept such adjust�rient, in which e�ent the parties wi�� negotiate with respect to the adjustment. �c} No fai�uze to exercise and no de�ay in e�ercising any right, remedy, povver or pri�i�ege hereunder sha��operate as a wai�er of such right,remedy,power or pri�i�ege. 1�.
