All�ther defined terms in this Plan shall have the meanings specified in the various Articles of the Plan in which they appear, ARTICLE �� E#�g�bi#��y Each Retiree who meets th�eligibility requirements outlined in th�Employer's VantageCar�Retirement Health Savings Plan shall be eligible to participate in this Plan. ARTI C LE �V Amaun� of Benefi�s 4.�i Annual Benefits Pra�ided by the Plan Each Participant shall be entitled to reimbursement for his documented,Eligible M�dical Expenses incurred during the Plan Year in an annual amount not to exceed the account balance of the Participant in the Employer's VantageCar�Retirement Health Savings Plan. 4.�� Cast of Co�erage The exp�nse of providing the benefits set out in Section 4.�� shall be contributed as outlined in the Employer's VantageCare Retirem�nt Health Savings Plan. ARTI�LE V Paymen# af Benefi�s 5.�i Eliyibility for Benefits a} Each Participant in the Plan shall be entitled to a benefir hereunder for all E.�igible Medical Expenses incurred by the Par�iCipant on or after the Entry Date of his or her part�cipati�n�and after the effe��ve date of the Plan},sub�ect to the limitations contained in this Articie V,regardless whether the men�or physical condiuon for which the Participant makes application for b�nefits under this Plan was detected,d.iagnosed,or treated before the Participant became covered by the Plan. b} In order t�be eligible for benefits,the Patticipant must meet the benefit eligibility criteria outlined in the Empl�yer's VantageCar�Retirement t3ealth Savings Plan Adoption Agreement. c} A Participant who becomes totally and permanen�ly disabled�as defined by the Sociai Security Adrninistrati�n}will become immediately eligible t�receive medical benefit payments fr�m the PIan.Pursuant to S�ction 9.D2 and Employer's Vantage�are Retirement He.a�th Savings Plan Adoption Agreement,the surviving Spouse and I3ependents shall b�come immed.�ately eligible t�receive�r to continue receiv�ng medical benefit paym�nts from the Plan upon the death of the Particapant.
