Each party will notify the other immediately of any changes of address that would require any notice or delivery to be directed to another address. 12. Jurisdiction and Venue. Any action at law or in equity brought by any of the Parties for the purpose of enforcing a right or rights provided for or by this Agreement will be tried in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of San Mateo, State of California, and the Parties waive all provisions of law providing for a change of venue in these proceedings to any other county. 13. Litiqation Support. City will make the designated Training Officer testify in any litigation or administrative hearing following the termination of this Agreement, Fire JPA shall compensate City for the costs and expenses incurred by Training Officer's preparation, travel, and testimony in such matters in an amount equivalent to Training Officer's then-current hourly rate of compensation, unless such litigation or administrative matter is brought by City or is based solely on allegations of City's negligent performance orwrongdoing. 14. Severabilit� If any term or portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. 15. General Compliance with Laws. Parties will keep fully informed of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any manner affect those employed by Parties, or in any way affect the performance of the Services by Parties. Parties will at all times observe and comply with these laws, ordinances, and regulations and will be responsible for the compliance of Parties Services with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations.
