6.1.F. - Page2 <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> Sea Link Cafe is responsible for all food service tenant improvements. The monthly <br /> license fee to be paid by Licensee to the City shall be in the amount of 5% of daily gross <br /> cafe and catering sales in excess of $800. Licensee agrees to pay for all connections <br /> and charges and/or assessments for water, sewer, and electricity associated with the <br /> operation of the License Area.
