6.1.F. - Page7 <br /> shall adjust all refrigerators and freezers to maintain adequate temperature. In <br /> the event that any refrigerator or freezer cannot maintain an adequate <br /> temperature level the City of Redwood City shall be informed immediately, and <br /> the unit shall be taken out of service. <br /> 6.9 Manaqement of Cafe. Licensee shall manage the cafe and all operations therein. <br /> 6.10 Selection of Food. Licensee shall provide a broad selection of food <br /> commensurate with demand and food storage capabilities. <br /> 6.11 Alcohol. Licensee is not to sell, dispense or allow alcohol to be consumed on the <br /> Premises. <br /> 6.12 Equipment Maintenance. Licensee shall clean all equipment daily and perform <br /> routine maintenance upon all equipment. Licensee shall inform City of Redwood <br /> City within 24-hours of discovering any broken or malfunctioning equipment. <br /> 6.13 Refuse. Licensee is solely responsible for removing its waste and recycling <br /> generated as a result of its business operations. The waste and recycling area <br /> shall be designated by the Licensor. <br /> 6.14 Uniforms/Clothinq. Licensee and all employees shall wear clean and safe <br /> clothing at all times. <br /> 6.15 Service to All. Every cafe patron shall be served equally and will not be <br /> discriminated against on the basis of any protected group under any applicable <br /> federal, state, and local law. <br /> 6.17 Hours of Operation. Licensee shall operate the cafe a minimum of 50 hours per <br /> week during normal operating hours of the Library. Hours of operation may be <br /> modified upon approval of Contract Administrator. Operating hours outside of <br /> library open hours are permissible only with prior written approval of the Contract <br /> Administrator. <br /> 6.18 Annual Vacation. The Cafe may be closed for no more than five days per year to <br /> allow for vacation. The City of Redwood City shall be provided 15 days notice of <br /> any proposed closure. The five days allotted may be taken together or <br /> individually. <br /> 6.19 Custodial Services. Licensee will provide basic custodial services for the eating <br /> portion of the Premises. Licensee shall be responsible for all clean-up in the <br /> preparation and serving portions of the Premises. <br /> 7. USE OF PREMISES <br /> 7.1 Unless otherwise agreed to by Licensor in writing, the Premises may be used <br /> only by Licensee and Licensee's agents, customers, and contractors for the <br /> purposes stated herein. <br /> 7.2 Licensee agrees not to use or permit use of the Premises for any unlawful <br /> purpose, and not to commit or permit any waste or nuisance in or about the <br /> Premises, or to cause structural injury to the Premises.
