Exhibit A. 1 <br /> <br /> CiTY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> SCADA SYSTEM MAINTENANCE <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />This scope of services is intended to accomplish the following key objectives: <br /> <br /> · Provide technical support for the optimal operation & maintenance of the <br /> Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System. <br /> <br /> · Provide Emergency on-call service to support the SCADA system. <br /> <br />The work will be performed by a consulting team headed by Eric Daniel of <br />Engineering and Control Solutions. <br /> <br />Scope of Services: <br /> <br />1. Provide general oversight of SCADA system, to ensure optimal performance. <br />2. Provide technical programming of SCADA and Programmable Logic <br /> Controller (PLC). <br />3. Provide technical support for Wonderware operating software. <br />4. Provide technical support for the SCADA system network, interface with the <br /> City Wide Area Network and City's IT group. <br />5. Coordinate communication with the Telephone Company regarding <br /> maintenance or repairs of the data communication phone lines. <br />6. Provide technical support for the purchase or upgrade of SCADA system. <br />7. Act as primary point of contact with Wonderware Corporation and Specter <br /> Instruments, regarding upgrades & system use compliance. <br />8. Provide Technical training to City staff. <br />9. Attend meetings with City staff to manage and coordinate maintenance of <br /> SCADA system. <br /> <br /> <br />
