Exhibit A. 2 <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> SCADA SYSTEM Y2K COMPLIANCE <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />This scope of services is intended to accomplish the following key objectives: <br /> <br />· Provide technical support to ensure Y2K compliance of the Supervisory Control <br /> and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System. <br /> <br />The work will be performed by a consulting team headed by Eric Daniel of <br />Engineering and Control Solutions. <br /> <br />Scope of Services: <br /> <br />1. Provide Y2K upgrade of Specter Instruments TeleDAC WIN911 SCADA <br /> notification systems. <br />2. Provide Database modifications, Wave files, 2 each CD with wave files and <br /> data bases, testing and documentation for 20 Water sites, 29 Sewer sites and <br /> 15 Storm sites. <br />3. Retrofit and update obsolete controls at each pump station using the <br /> components in the City's existing SCADA System. <br />4. Provide Y2K comphance certification for SCADA system. <br />5. Prepare Y2K Contingency Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
