7.0 <br />M/S Seybert/Radcliffe motion that the City Council that the Zoning Designation for 20 <br />Avondale Avenue be amended from "R -1" to "CG -R ". Motion passes. <br />MIS McKoy /Piulle motion to approve the Planned Development Permit subject to <br />conditions. Motion passes. <br />M/S Radcfiffe /Piulle motion to approve the Use Permit to the Zoning Administrator <br />based on findings and subject conditions as specified in the staff report.
