& l T) -Z <br />Alternative <br />The goal is to begin construction this year, prior to the arrival of the wet weather. The <br />alternative is to wait until the cost share agreement is in place prior to commencing the <br />design. If this alternative is taken, the construction will not occur until next year. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The total financial contribution is $1,200,000 (as shown on the table below). The <br />construction budget is $860,000. In addition $230,000 is anticipated for design and <br />project administration. This leaves a contingency of $110,000. The school will get the <br />use of the field during school hours, while the City will schedule organized sports <br />activities for weekends and after hours.
