W D -8 <br />processing or direction; the time of completion shall be extended during such period and Consultant shall <br />be held harmless from any and all claims arising out of such delay. <br />PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION <br />The fixed fee k r the above services is based on the current hourly rate of the office as defined in the <br />attached Charge Rate Schedule. <br />We propose the following fixed fee for the services outlined in the Scope of Work: <br />Fee Breakdown: <br />Project Start-up and Pre - planning: $ 6,950.00 <br />Analysis & Design: $14,550.00 <br />Construction Documentation: $33,650.00 <br />Construction Services: $25,600.00 <br />Reimbursables: g 5,50,00 <br />TOTAL FEE: $86,250.00 <br />beal sport will be entitled to bill reimbursable expenses as noted on the attached Charge Rate Schedule. <br />Additional services will be charged on a time and material basis. Charges for additional services will be <br />billed separately. <br />Should the project be delayed beyond the agreed upon project schedule by the Client to a level that puts the <br />project on hold, a re -start fee will apply. This fee will be determined at that point based on the amount of <br />downtime and additional work required to bring the project on line. <br />CHANGE IN SERVICES <br />Client may order changes in scope or character of service, either decreasing or increasing the amount of <br />Consultant's services, and if necessary, changing the character of services. In the event that such changes <br />are ordered, Consultant is entitled to full compensation for all services performed and expenses incurred <br />prior to receipt of notice of change. <br />TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br />In the event the project is terminated or indefinitely suspended in the manner herein provided, the <br />Landscape Architect shall turn over copies of any and all documents completed to that date. The <br />Landscape Architect shall be entitled to compensation up to and including said termination date. <br />Copyright of all work shall remain the property of beals sport. <br />REGISTRATION <br />Beal sport is licensed under William J. Beals III, Landscape Architect to practice in the State of California. <br />Landscape Architects are regulated by the California Board of Landscape Architects.
