Construction Documents <br />1. 65% Submittal Package — Five Sets of bond plans and project manuals <br />2. 95% Submittal Package — Five Sets of blue lines and project manuals <br />3. Bid Submittal Package — One Set of mylar drawings and electronic copy of project manual <br />4. Meeting Reports <br />D. Construction Services <br />1. Bidding Phase <br />a) Addenda if required. <br />2. Construction Phase <br />a) Weekly construction meeting agendas and reports. <br />b) Observation reports. <br />C) Submittal responses, including shop drawings. <br />d) RFlresponses. <br />e) Punch List(s). <br />PROJECT TILEMINE <br />Refer to Exhibit A, Project Timeline, for the anticipated project schedule. <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />A. Without attempting to be all- inclusive and for purposes of clarity, the following items are specifically <br />not included in the Scope of Services: <br />1. Meetings other than those listed. <br />2. Engineering (Electrical, Structural, Mechanical, Geotechnical) <br />3. Presentations to Public Bodies <br />B. On January of each calendar year (beginning in 2005), the unbilled portion of this agreement will be <br />subject to an approved increase to cover annual wage adjustments for office personnel. <br />C. Services will be diligently pursued and every reasonable effort will be made to meet the mutually <br />agreed upon schedule. If the completion of the services is delayed at any time in the progress of <br />the work undertaken in this Agreement by conditions beyond the control of the Consultant; <br />including but not limited to: strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, or the inability of Client, his <br />consultants, utility companies, or jurisdictional agencies to provide required information, <br />
