i) Meeting with City Staff for review and coordination of the 65% submittal comments. <br />Meeting report will be provided. <br />2. 95 % Submittal Package <br />a) Review 65% submittal comments and coordinate plans and specifications <br />modifications. <br />b) Make revisions to drawings and specifications to incorporate comments. <br />C) Prepare cost estimate to align with plans. <br />d) In -house Redline and revisions. <br />a) Submittal preparation and coordination. <br />b) Redline and Review Quality Control (QC). <br />g) Meeting with City Staff for review and coordination of the 95% submittal comments. <br />Meeting Report will be provided. <br />3. Bid / Back Check Submittal Package <br />a) Review 95% submittal comments and coordinate for bid. <br />b) Make revisions to drawings, specifications, and cost estimate to incorporate <br />comments. <br />C) Final Redline and Review Quality Control (QC). <br />d) Submittal Preparation and coordination. Submit one set of mylar drawings to <br />City for bid packaging. <br />4. Project Administration. <br />D. Construction Services <br />1. Bidding Phase <br />a) Contact Potential Bidders and attract contractors. <br />b) Assist District in finalizing the bid package for advertising. <br />C) Attend a pre -bid conference. <br />d) Answer contractor or City questions during advertisement period. <br />e) If required, issue clarifications or modifications via addenda. <br />f) Attend bid opening. <br />g) Review and recommend lowest responsive and qualified bidder to the City. <br />2. Construction Phase <br />a) Attend pre- construction meeting with contractor and City. <br />b) Work with City on pre- construction needs and coordination efforts. <br />C) Weekly construction site meetings (up to 16 meetings) will be facilitated by beals <br />sport and will include the contractor and City. These meetings shall occur until <br />the contractor reaches substantial completion. <br />1) Prepare agenda <br />2) Facilitate meeting <br />3) Write meeting minutes and distribute to attendees and pertinent <br />individuals <br />d) "Regular" observation and review will be provided, considering weather and <br />construction practice. For purposes of this proposal, "regular' is weekly (up to 16 <br />site visits) until the project reaches substantial completion. <br />1) Meeting and site walk with the contractor (and City Inspector if <br />applicable). <br />2) File an observation report for each "regular" observation visit. <br />e) Assist the City in processing and coordinating submittals and shop drawings. <br />e) Respond to contractor questions, coordination and processing of RFI's. <br />f) Assist the City with change order preparation and evaluation. <br />g) Review pay requests. <br />h) Review substitution requests. <br />i) Attend one substantial completion walk through meeting with the City and <br />Contractor. Develop and distribute punch list to attendees. <br />D Project Close -out <br />1) Review record drawings. <br />
