& -1 D -5 <br />SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br />beals sport proposes to provide the following services in accordance with our above stated <br />understanding of the project: <br />A. Project Start-up and Pre - planning <br />1. Coordinate with City to complete and execute Agreement between basis sport and City. <br />2. One kick -off meeting with the City to determine the project intent, scope, budget, and <br />timetable. Meeting Report will be provided. <br />3. Project start-up administrative tasks will include the following: <br />a) Establish files and administrative procedures. <br />b) Finalize, prepare and adopt sub - consultant contracts as necessary. <br />c) Prepare Master Schedule and submit to City for approval. <br />4. Review all data pertinent to the project including survey, site maps, reports, and pertinent <br />historical data. (City to provide above information). <br />5. Review City and County codes, ordinances, and policies pertaining to the proposed project <br />design. <br />6. Visit the project site to complete a visual inventory of the existing conditions and adjacent <br />off -site impacts. <br />7. Based on survey and topography data provided by City, input into computer and develop <br />existing conditions base for Analysis and Design. <br />8. Project Administration. <br />B. Analysis and Design <br />1. Hold an internal design workshop to develop a preferred conceptual design plan. <br />2. Prepare final concept plans to include the following elements: <br />a) Grading / Drainage Design <br />b) Hardscape / Softscape Design <br />c) Budget Analysis <br />3. One meeting with City Staff to present, review, and comment on Final Concept Plans. <br />Meeting Report will be provided. <br />4. Upon City approval, develop a digital color rendering for its use in public and internal <br />presentation. <br />5. Project Administration. <br />C. Construction Document Preparation <br />1. 65 % Submittal Package <br />a) Review 35% submittal comments from City and incorporate them into design package. <br />b) Modify base plan as required to incorporate City comments. <br />c) Develop drawings and details completed to a 65% construction document level. <br />The following drawings will be provided: <br />1) Cover /Signature Sheet; <br />2) Existing Conditions /Survey Plan; <br />3) Demolition Plan; <br />4) Grading Plan; <br />5) Drainage / Utility Plan; <br />6) Layout Plan; <br />7) Material /Detail Reference Plan; <br />8) Construction Details for the above items. <br />d) Specifications (Front End, General and Technical). <br />e) Statement of Probable Construction Costs. <br />f) In -house Redline and revisions. <br />g) Submittal Preparation and coordination. <br />h) Redline and Review Quality Control (QC). <br />
