G.i � -ic0 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />COMMUNITY EDUCATION CENTER <br />FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br />To provide quality education for at least 100 Redwood City families <br />we will assess the program by means of the Exemplary 6 Standard <br />for Preschool set by the California Dept. of Education, and take <br />appropriate action wherever gaps are found. <br />Provide at least one (1) parent workshop on health, safety, <br />nutrition, conflict resolution, and an introductory to kindergarten <br />class. <br />Maintain accurate records of monies spent on our food program, <br />and insure that nutrition education is stressed, and good eating <br />habits are encouraged. Provide $5,000 to supplement the <br />children's food program and provide funds for 2,183 lunches for <br />the teachers and parent volunteers. <br />
