I E- 20 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />FAMILY SERVICE AGENCY OF SAN MATEO COUNTY - SENIOR <br />CONNECTIONS <br />FISCAL YEAR 2003/04 <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br />The goal for the Senior Connections program is to provide seniors <br />with competency in office procedures and technology required for <br />today's workplace and to learn skills and provide computer and <br />internet access to enhance their well- being: <br />80 people will enroll in and reQeive computer course instruction (at <br />least 55% Redwood City residents - 44). <br />- 80% will successfully graduate and have learned critical office <br />procedure and technology skills (64 people). <br />40% of those who successfully graduate will secure employment as <br />a result of their training (26 people). <br />95% of those who complete their training will learn skills that allow <br />them to engage in activities that promote mental health and <br />wellness (61 people). <br />
