EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />FRIENDS FOR YOUTH INC. <br />FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br />To respond to 25 inquiries/ referrals of troubled youth from <br />Redwood City. <br />To match 15 Redwood City youth with a volunteer mentor for one <br />year. <br />Provide ongoing support to Alumni Friendships from Redwood City <br />To recruit 15 new volunteer from Redwood City. <br />To actively participate in the R.C. Human Service Providers group. <br />To continue implementation of weekly Youth Achievers sessions as <br />part of our collaborative project with Kennedy Middle School, <br />including activities, workshops, and field trips. <br />To serve 10 unduplicated youth each month through the Youth <br />Achievers Program. <br />
