6,1E -31 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SAN MATEO COUNTY INTERFAITH HOSPITALITY NETWORK (IHN) <br />ROTATING SHELTER AND DAY CENTER <br />FISCAL YEAR 2003 / 2004 <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br />The provision of HSFA funds by the City of Redwood City will aid in the <br />achievement of the following measurable outcomes: <br />Guarantee a minimum of 400 available bed nights per year to <br />Redwood city residents serving approximately 6 -10 individuals, or <br />3 -5 families, from Redwood city. Services include three meals, <br />transportation twice a day, and referrals. <br />Help 75% of participants move into permanent or semi - permanent <br />housing. <br />Help increase income /aid for 70% of participants through securing <br />new employment, career changes, savings, enrollment in <br />subsidized housing programs, or acquisition of cash aid and other <br />benefits. <br />
