EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SERVICE LEAGUE OF SAN MATEO COUNTY - HOPE HOUSE <br />FISCAL YEAR 2003 / 2004 <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br />To provide for the emergency living needs of 60 women in a <br />therapeutic and drug alcohol free environment. <br />To re -unify 8 parents with their children as loving and responsible <br />parents. <br />To return 10 women to our community as productive and <br />responsible citizens and mothers able to maintain a clean and <br />sober lifestyle. <br />
