Following the public workshop process,FTB presented refined concept options at three joint study sessions attended by the City Council, Planning Commission, Architectural Review Board and the public. The result of this process was a design that received City Council approval and was preferred by all bodies involved. To follow up, FTB and our team of design and engineering subconsultants have prepared this Scope of Services to carry out design development, construction documents, and construction phase services for the installation of the Redwood City Courthouse Plaza. Freedman Tung & Bottomley, in association with its team of design and engineering subconsultants will prepare and deliver construction documents, bidding support and construction phase services for the installation of the Redwood City Courthouse Plaza. The major subconsultants include Singer Fukushima Evans serving as landscape architecture subconsultant; Carlile Macy serving both as civil engineer and hydro-mechanical engineer; Horton Lees Brogden for Lighting Design and Finger Moy Guadagne serving as architecture subconsultant.
