FTB will refine the <br />plaza design concept and insure that design intent is maintained among all work products while working with <br />our subconsultant team. SFE Landscape Architects will compile, print and distnbute all construction <br />document sets, including intermediate sets for review by City Staff and the consultant team and final sets <br />used for bidding pmposes. During the construction phase, FTB and each sub consultant firm will be <br />responsible for the review of shop drawings and contractor submittals pertaining to the respective products, <br />drawings, and specifications provided by that firm. <br /> <br />PROJECT TASKS (FfB onlv) <br /> <br />Orientation. The tasks as outlined below are FTB-only tasks; please refer to other sub consultant Scope of <br />Services (attached) for details of tasks of related disciplines. The following task list provides our <br />recommendations as to how the City can proceed most effectively toward the development of plans and <br />designs to address the problems and opportunities at hand The tasks are listed in the chronological order that <br />we expect to proceed It is important to note, however, it is entirely possible that unforeseen circumstances <br />will require both chronological adjustments as well as task substitutions to refine the effectiveness of the <br />services performed Once the final task list - and along with it the overall approach to the problem - is <br />approved by the City, the most basic pmpose of this task list is to provide both a preview of the likely type <br />and order of work to be performed as well as a contractual basis for a certain number of meetings, drawings, <br />workshops and tasks to be delivered for the corresponding project budget. <br /> <br />ALL PHASES: PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES. <br />The following tasks have been provided to make provisions for project management services for all five <br />phases ofthe project. Tasks include coordination meetings with the city, scheduling, administration, and <br />coordination amongst team members. <br /> <br />A. Sub consultant Team Setup & Administration <br />B. Project Correspondence, Documentation and Document Routing Services <br />C. Project Scheduling: Prep, update and monitor schedules <br />D. General Project Coordination Sessions with CITY - CD Phases: 10 Meetings <br />
