Prepare illustration to compare rounded columns with square <br /> <br />C. Develop conceptual lighting design <br /> <br />1. Pre-meeting phone conference with HLB to update project status/ design parameters <br />2. Conduct working session with HLB, FMG, DES and fountain engineer (CM) to develop <br />preliminary lighting design concepts <br />3. Host review session with HLB to review recommended lighting design concept <br /> <br />D. Prepare night-time renderings of plaza <br /> <br />1. Prepare progress sketches to become underlays for the final renderings <br />2. Meeting with HLB to review FTB progress sketches to evaluate lighting effects and <br />accuracy <br />3. Complete final nighttime renderings database <br />4. Choose and frame two views that best depict lighting effects in the plaza <br /> <br />E. Incorporate flagpole(s) into plaza design concept <br /> <br />F. City Council Study Session <br /> <br />1. Prepare presentation materials and coordinate logistics with city staff <br />2. Present alternative pavilion design and renderings depicting what the plaza will look light <br />when lit at night <br />3. Follow up teleconference with city staff finalizing design direction <br /> <br />G. Concept level cost estimate <br />
