Coordination of artist or art program. <br />2. Detailed and extensive value engineering services. <br />3. Delineations, renderings, models. <br />4. Meetings with building and fire officials. <br />5. Meeting with user groups, design committees, etc. <br />6. Services of other subconsultants other than mechanical, electrical, structural and estimator. <br /> <br />Standard Architectural Billinq Rates <br />Principal Architect $150/ hour <br />Senior Staff $85 - 125 / hour <br />Intermediate Staff $65 / hour <br />Junior Staff $45 - $55 /hour <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses <br />1. Project reimbursable expenses include, but are not limited to, reproduction, plotting, travel, <br />supplies, long distance communications, facsimiles, etc. Expenses shall be billed at 1.1 times <br />actual cost. Costs for in-house expenses of FMG shall be at the following rates <br />a. Facsimiles $1.00/ page <br />b. Plotting $27.50/ sheet full size <br />c. Plotting $15.00/ sheet half size <br />d. Copies $0.10/ sheet <br />2. Reimbursable Expenses are estimated to be 6.5% of the indicated fees for each team member. <br /> <br />This proposal is good for 30 days from the date above. Any design work continuing beyond 12 months <br />after award of bid, and a total project period continuing more than 36 months may require review of <br />the indicated fees. <br /> <br />Please let me know your acceptance of this proposal.
