Plaza <br />. Pavilions (2) <br />. Water Features <br /> <br />. Review of Dome and Portico Lighting <br />. South, East and West Facades <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />The following services are included in the fee and are divided into Phases I, II, III and IV. <br /> <br />Phase I (Design Development) <br /> <br />1.1 Investigative site visit to document existing conditions related to the exterior site lighting (time for one (1) visit to the project site <br />by a Principal of the firm and/or Project Director is included in the fee). <br /> <br />1.2 Teleconference with the Redwood City Courthouse Lighting Designer (time for (1) one conference call with a Principal of the <br />firm or Project Director is included in the fee). <br /> <br />1.3 Review of Dome Lighting and Portico lighting previously documented by the Redwood City Courthouse Lighting Designer. <br />Review will include preparation of written comments regarding recommended sources and wattages to provide consistency <br />and integration of Dome, Portico, Fayade and Plaza lighting systems. <br /> <br />1.4 Conceptual design conference in San Francisco with Architect, Landscape Architect and other Consultants to discuss lighting <br />program, illumination criteria, project cost guidelines and schedule parameters (time for two (2) meetings attended by a <br />Principal of the firm or the Project Director is included in the fee). <br /> <br />SF ILA I NY 1300 Brannan Street Suite 212 San Francisco CA 94107 415 348 8273 voice 415 348 8298 fax I www.HLBLighting.com <br />
