We <br />are pleased to provide our proposal for perform consulting services for the Redwood City Pavilion and <br />Plaza. <br /> <br />Our proposal is based on the scope of work described in the request for proposal from FTB and their <br />preliminary set of plans, and our telephone conver:sations regarding possible MEP scope. The proposed <br />services provide for Mechanical HV AC, Electrical and Plumbing systems for the following scope of <br />work: <br /> <br />A. Mechanical Systems <br /> <br />Provisions for possible gas-fired radiant space heaters inside the Pavilion. <br /> <br />B. Plumbing Systems <br /> <br />Floor plan layout of main utility lines - cold water, waste, storm drain and gas lines for: <br /> <br />a. Waste lines stub-outs in vicinity of future cafes (possible sinks). Drainage for fountains, <br />tied into sewer system, per directions from fountain's designers. <br />b. Water stub-outs for cafes, fountains, outside hose bibbs, irrigation/landscape system <br />c. Gas line stub-outs for possible heaters in Pavilion and stubs for future cafes <br />d. Coordinate with Architect the locations of stubs, hose bibbs, etc. <br />e. Complete and fill-in the PG&E New Service Application forms for gas loads. <br /> <br />C. Electrical Systems <br /> <br />a. Design of new power distribution and new electrical service for entire complex, including <br />Pavilion indoor and outdoor lighting, lighting for outdoor Plaza, connections for <br />fountain's pumps and equipment. <br />b. Design of new panelboards, power load calculations, new electrical power feed to the <br />project area and design of single line diagram. <br />c. Site plan design for lighting and power for the outdoor Plaza and area outlined as "Limit <br />of Work". <br />d. Provisions - conduit stub-outs with pull wires - for possible future telephone, <br />data/telecom services, per specific directions from the Owner. <br />Redwood City Plaza <br />
