Coordinate with existing electrical design for courthouse by <br />AlfaTech. <br />Design of new panelboard (if required), and new electrical power feed to the lighting <br />fixtures noted above. <br />f. Coordinate with Architect and allocate space for electrical meter(s). <br />g. Complete and fill-in the PG&E New Service Application forms for electrical loads. <br />h. Title 24 calculations for Interior Lighting - LTG forms. <br /> <br />D. Three (3) meetings with Owner, architects and engineers to coordinate specific issues, <br />requirements for project area, coordination with other trades, verifying locations ofMEP related <br />equipment, etc. <br /> <br />E. Review and respond to plan checker's comments. Re-issue plans to building department as <br />required. <br /> <br />F. Construction support to include answering bidder's questions during the bid process. Review of <br />contractor's submittals. Two (2) site visits during construction and one (1) final punch-list <br />inspection. <br /> <br />Our design package will include CAD generated construction plans, with details and schedules, diagrams <br />and specifications, all furnished on the drawings. <br /> <br />We propose to accomplish the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services outlined above for a fixed <br />fee of $18,000.00. <br /> <br />Our proposal is based on following assumptions and exclusions: <br /> <br />1. Design of Fire Protection and Fire Alarm systems are not included in this proposal. <br />2. Design for outdoor heating systems is not included, except as noted in para A. Above. <br />3. Design for any special event systems is not included in this proposal. <br />4. Design for data and telecommunications systems are not included. <br />5. Design of any special lighting and lighting control is not included (except C-e). <br />6. Meetings beyond the ones specified in para. D above. <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses, for scheduled submittals, such as plots, reproduction, FedEx, messenger and <br />overnight services, will be billed per attached schedule or at cost plus 10 %, in addition to the above <br />quoted fee. <br /> <br />We trust that this proposal meets your approval.
