Based on my conversation with you <br />and sketches you supplied us, we understand that Kiosk's structure consists of structural steel <br />with precast cladding. Both the kiosks are identical. Fountain structure will consists of concrete. <br />All fountains are identical. <br />Based on this understanding, our scope of services includes the following: <br /> <br />1. Structural design of two enclosed Kiosks. <br />2. Design of structure to support fountain <br />3. Preparation of structural drawings. <br />4. Four meetings; one during DD phase and three during CD phase. <br />5. <br />A. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Based on our understanding of the proposed project and our scope of work, we propose <br />to furnish full structural engineering services, generally in accordance with the AlA <br />document C 141. <br /> <br />The proposed lump sum fee for basic service is $ 18,000 excluding CA phase services. <br />Constuction Administration (CA) phase services will be charged per Time & Material basis. <br />OLMM will provide one set of reproducible at the end ofD.D. phase and C.D. phase. All other <br />printing cost, plotting cost and messenger/delivery cost will be billed at 1.1 times the actual cost. <br /> <br />B. EXLUSION FROM BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />1. Anchorage of Mechanical and Electrical equipment to the structure. Please note <br />that we are only responsible for the adequacy of the structure to support equip- <br />ment loads as specified by your M & E consultants. The actual anchoring of the <br />equipment to the structure is the responsibility of your M & E consultants. <br /> <br />2.
