Structural review by third party is not required. <br />2. Any changes after DD phase will be considered additional services. <br />3. The structural design will be based on the 2001 California Building Code. <br />4. An AUTOCAD version 14 will be used for the preparation of the structural drawings. <br />and CAD files will be available for our use. <br />5. Foundation system will be spread footing under columns and continuous footing under <br />walls. <br /> <br />D. INSURANCE <br /> <br />OLMM has professional liability insurance policy. Also OLMM has Automobile Liabil- <br />ity, General Liability and Worker's Compo insurance coverage. We will be glad to send <br />you a copy of the certificate of insurance at the appropriate time. <br />Firm carries $1 million in Professional Liability insurance. <br /> <br />E. PRPOSED FEE STRUCTURE <br /> <br />For the billing purposes, our fee will be allocated as follows: <br /> <br />1 <br />2. <br /> <br />D.D. <br />C.D. <br /> <br />Phase 40% <br />Phase 60% <br /> <br />A monthly invoice will be sent for the services performed and will be paid within 15 days after <br />the architect is paid by the client. <br /> <br />F.
