US 101 Ramp Operations under Cumulative with Higher Occupancy Scenario <br />Conditions <br />Potential Impact: The Cumulative with Higher Occupancy Scenario <br />Conditions would exceed the capacity of the northbound US 101 off -ramp to Woodside <br />Road during the PM peak hour. (Significant) <br />Mitigation: The following mitigation measure, as set forth in the FEIR, <br />would potentially avoid or substantially reduce the significance of the impact described <br />above, but is not feasible and therefore is not adopted: <br />• Mitigation Measures TR -12.1 <br />Finding: Mitigation Measure TR -12.1 is not feasible. There is no other <br />feasible mitigation measure available to avoid or substantially reduce the significant <br />environmental impact described above. <br />_ Mitigation of the impact described above to a less- than - significant level <br />would require the addition of another lane on the northbound US 101 off -ramp to <br />Woodside Road.
