Chair Foust asked for a motion to approve /certify the Final EIR. WS: (Paulson /Seybert) That the Commission certify the Final EIR for the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center Master Plan including an addendum to the Final EIR that incorporates the revised water demand projections, with the additional changes to the Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Plan Section VQ -5.1 that following the word "unused" (as reference to unused property), shall read "unused as defined in the Precise Plan", and where it reads ... "visual improvements shall be implemented and approved by the Community Development Director ... ", add the words "and further entities as defined within the Precise Plan ".
