No access during the same time frame at the following <br />intersections: Warren & Whipple, Allerton & Whipple, Alden & Winslow. <br /> <br />(n) Friday, July 4th, at the conclusion of the parade, the closure of <br />MiddlefieldNVinslow from Jefferson Ave. to the parking lot adjacent to Pizza <br />& Pipes. <br /> <br />11. The Permittee Will Provide: <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />(a) Adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to the City. <br /> <br />(b) Post "no parking" signs under the direction of the Police Department. <br /> <br />(c) Permittee will contact all businesses affected by the street closures on <br />Seaport and Seaport Court with sufficient time to allow for those businesses <br />to accommodate the proposed street closures. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br />herein described or contemplated in connection with the 4th of July parade, <br />festival, arts & crafts fair, and fireworks display shall not be effectuated <br />without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
