10. individual event participant shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary State Alcohol and Beverage Control permits and San Mateo County Health permits. Permittee shall also be responsible for obtaining all necessary City, County and State permits necessary for the fireworks display. Hold Harmless: Permittee shall assume the defense of and indemnify and save harmless City, its City Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, volunteers, and agents from all suits, actions, damages, or claims to which City may be subjected of any kind or nature whatsoever, resulting from or arising out of the performance or failure to perform of Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or arising out of said event or any activities herein permitted. City Services: Except as otherwise noted, the City agrees to provide those services requested in the letter dated April 30, 2003, in furtherance of the activities herein permitted. Specifically, City agrees to provide the following services: (a) Street sweepers to be available at approximately 10:00 a.m. to pick-up horse droppings along the parade route, and at the jury parking lot at Middlefield Road, and Veterans Boulevard. Sweepers will also be available along the festival area at approximately 7:00 p.m. (b) Deliver and pick-up available bleachers to Marshall and Winslow Streets prior to and after the parade. (c) Deliver barricades, as necessary, to locations around the festival area on Thursday July 3rd, no later than 5:00 p.m. and along the parade route as determined by the Police Department and the PCA. Barricades will be in place before 7:00 a.m. on Friday, July 4th. (d) Install along the parade route immediately before the parade, the PCA's American flags, which are in storage at Public Works, and remove them as soon as possible after the parade. (e) Use of a 1-1/2 inch fire hydrant for an antique fire truck demonstration in the festival area following the parade on July 4th. (f) Use of the parking structure on Marshall Street, and use of the Hamilton Street parking lot along Winslow Street for handicap and vendor parking from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 3rd, until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 5th. (g) Closure of Hamilton Street from Broadway to the entrance of the Hamilton Street parking lot from 6: p.m. Wednesday, July 2nd to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 5th.
