March 3,1997 <br /> <br />Erin Hogan, President <br />Police Officers Association <br />1301 Maple Street <br />Redwood City CA 9406 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />During the recently concluded negotiations between the City of Redwood City and the <br />Redwood City Police Officers'Association (POA), the following understanding was <br />achieved: <br /> <br />The City Manager and the Mayor or his/her designee will meet with the <br />designated representatives of the Redwood City Police Officers Association upon <br />request of either party to discuss matters of mutual concern.
