For <br />purposes of this proposal a "parceF is defined as a property that has the same use and is being <br />appraised as one property, even though i~ may have more than one assessor's parcel number. <br />Based on the information [hat has been provided to Crossroads, there appear to be about 21 <br />different ownerships, 34 assessor parcel numbers and vanous streets, alleys and easements Ihat <br />may need to be acquired. <br />Unless otherwise noted, invoices are rendered monthly for services performed in the preceding <br />month arid are due and payable within 30 days after billing <br />Project Meetings are meetings requested by staff, the Agency's artomeys and public hearings. They <br />wilt be billed based on the above stated hourly rate <br />If court related activities are nacessap], such as depositions, court appearance, etc., the Agency will <br />be billed st 150% of the above hourly rate. <br />Costs related to providing title reports, legal descriptions and plot maps are not included in this <br />proposal. <br />Costs associated with the preparation of appraisal reports relating to the acquisition of real and <br />personal property are not incruded in this proposal. <br />Prejec~ Management and Meetmgs will be billed on a time and material basis <br /> <br /> <br />
