10. <br /> <br />Receive and review any material which the owner believes is relevant in <br />determining the value of the property to be taken. Crossroads shall forward <br />such material to the Agency's Project Manager, along with a <br />recommendation for any modification in the proposed terms and conditions <br />of the offer. If necessary, Crossroads will recommend condemnation action <br />and submit required justification in writing to the Agency's Project Manager. <br />However, our primary goal will be to reach a successful acceptance of the <br />offer with each property owner. <br /> <br />Deliver all appropriate notices as required. <br /> <br />Perform other activities relating to the acquisition of property interests as <br />may be requested by the Agency's Project Manager from time to time, which <br />may include, but not be limited to, liaison with the appraiser, participation in <br />condemnation actions, and meetings with Agency Staff, officers or other <br />consultants. <br /> <br />A complete acquisition file on each property to be acquired with copies of all <br />correspondence and diary notes will be maintained. <br /> <br />If requested, a written monthly status report will be provided on every <br />property to be acquired. The Agency's Project Manager will be verbally <br />updated as needed. <br /> <br /> <br />
