Franklin Street area property owners, property owners within 300 feet of the <br />proposed Franklin Street Project, responsible and interested agencies and <br />cities were all notified by mail, a notice published in the Redwood City <br />Almanac and by notices posted both on-site and off-site. Franklin Street area <br />tenants were notified by a notice published in the Redwood City Almanac and <br />by notices posted both on-site and off-site. <br /> <br />On April 26, 1999 the Redevelopment Agency Board reviewed and approved <br />the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the entire <br />Franklin project, as well as the Replacement Housing Plan. <br /> <br />During May and June, the Agency staff and developers met to negotiate the <br />DDA's to be presented to the Agency Board. <br /> <br />On August 9, 1999 the Redevei~ment Board reviewed and approved the <br />DDA with Irvine Apartment Communities (lAC) for that portion of the Franklin <br />Area bounded by Maple Street, El Camino Real, Monroe Street and the <br />railroad tracks. <br /> <br /> <br />
