The Franklin Street Master Infrastructure Plan diagrams dated <br />June 18, 1999, included in Attachments 6(a) and 6(b). <br /> It is understood that, if the final plans approved by the City differ from the Basic <br />Concept Drawings, the Basic Concept Drawings shall control only the basic square <br />footage and uses of the Shea Project and the general site layout. Nothing herein shall <br />require Shea to accept revisions to the Basic Concept Drawings if such revisions <br />materially alter the design, mass, ability to4imely perform or financial feasibility of the <br />Shea Project. Agency shall provide reasonable assistance to Shea in securing approval by <br />the City of the Basic Concept Drawings. <br /> <br /> §503 Agency Cooperation With Processing <br /> Agency and Shea contemplate that the Project Approvals will provide that Shea <br />shall pay for and build the Shea Project Infrastructure, IAC will pay for and build the <br />IAC Project Infrastructure and Shea and IAC will each fund its respective portion of the <br />Shared Infrastructure. These improvements are indicated on the Basic Concept <br />Drawings. Specific requirements related to the Shea Shared Infrastructure and Shea <br />Project Infrastructure are contemplated by the parties to be conditions of the Vesting <br />Tentative Map approved for the Shea Project by the City. <br /> <br /> Before commencement of demolition, construction or development of any <br />buildings, structures or other works o f improvement upon any portion of the Shea Project <br />Site, Shea shall, at its own expense, secure or cause to be secured any and all permits <br />which may be required by the City or any other governmental agency having jurisdiction <br />over such demolition, construction, development or work. <br /> <br /> Agency will use its best efforts to assist Shea in processing applications and <br />securing the Project Approvals and other governmental agencies' authorizations and <br />permits. <br /> <br /> §504 Cost of Construction <br /> The cost of developing the Shea Project and constructing all improvements <br />thereon shall be borne by Shea, except for work expressly set forth in this Agreement or <br />any agreement with LAC to be performed or paid for by Agency, City, IAC or another <br />party. -- <br /> <br /> _ §505 Construction Schedule <br /> After the conveyance of title or possession in accordance with this Agreement and <br />the granting of all permits and approvals as contemplated in this Agreement, Shea shall, <br />commence development of the Shea Project Site in accordance with the Schedule of <br />Performance or such extension of said times as may be granted by Agency in accordance <br />with this Agreement.
