Shea files request for access onto public Within 15 days of Step 2. <br /> land. <br />5. Agency and Shea prepare Due Diligence With/n 30 days of Step 2. <br /> Budget. <br />6. Shea provides Due Diligence Budget Within 30 days of Step 2. <br /> Payment. <br />7. Shea commences Site Feasibility Within 30 days of Step 2. <br /> Assessments. <br />8. Agency obtains Rights of .Entry and Within 30 days of Step 2 or as sogn as <br /> access for Shea to conduct Site awarded by Court, whichever is later. <br /> Feasibility Assessments on all public and <br /> private parcels; Agency commences <br /> interviews with displaced persons and <br /> relocation needs assessment and <br /> Replacement Housing Survey. <br />9. Shea completes Site Feasibility Within 150 days of Step 8. <br /> Assessments; Shea makes its Election to <br /> Proceed; Shea posts bond for Shea <br /> Shared Infrastructure security. <br />10. Agency completes real property Within 30 days of Step 9 or within 150 <br /> appraisals on Acquisition Parcels. days of Step 5, whichever is later. <br />11. Agency approves appraisals and Agency With/n 30 days of Step 10. <br /> and Shea complete Acquisition Budget. <br />12.
