Task 8: Modifications / Prepare Public Distribution Draft. Prepare revisions per the Staff review <br />meeting, re-format document as needed, prepare cover art, and coordinate document printing. <br />Submit record CD to City of Redwood City staff for printing; number of copies and print costs to be <br />responsibility of City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Task 9: Public Hearings (2) - Attend Planning Commission arid City Council/Agency hearings on' <br />the Precise Plan. Assist City staff to respond to comments, questions, and plan revisions. <br /> <br />Task 10: Miscellaneous Staff Coordination Meetings (2). Two additional coordination meetings <br />are budgeted, to be used at the discretion of City staff. <br /> <br />Task 11: Final Marina Shores Precise Plan Revisions. Make final staff-directed modifications <br />consistent with Commission/Council direction. Submit final document on CD to City staff. <br /> <br /> Staffing <br /> <br />Terence Bottomley will be principal-in-charge for the project, responsible for directing planning and <br />design recommendations, meetings and workshops, and coordinating with traffic and <br />environmental consultants. Recent related urban design and area plans include the Downtown <br />Medical Campus Precise Plan (Redwood City), Central San Leandro/BART Area Improvement & <br />Revitalization Strategy, the Oakley Downtown Revitalization Strategy, the Evelyn Avenue Corridor Precise <br />Plan (Mountain View), the Soscol Corridor/Downtown Riverfront Development Guidelines (Napa), and <br />the Hawks Prairie Development Master Plan (Lacey, WA). Mr. Bottomley is a member of the American <br />Planning Association, Urban Land Institute, American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), <br />American Institute of Architects (Associate), and American Society of Landscape Architects. <br /> <br />Mr. Bottomley will be assisted by Associates Julie Conrad and Eric Skiba. Mr Skiba would assist <br />with guidelines-related sketches and illustrations. Ms. Conrad would assist with computer mapping <br />and graphics. <br /> <br /> Tentative Schedule <br /> <br />The 6-month schedule outlined below assumes that work tasks are conducted sequentially.
