CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> MARINA SHORES PRECISE PLAN <br /> PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br /> Contents <br /> <br /> Project Overview Page 1 <br /> Work Tasks Page 1 <br /> Staffing Page 3 <br /> Cost Estimate & Terms Page 4 <br /> <br /> Project Overview <br /> <br />Work with Redwood City staff, the Marina Shores project team, and City officials to prepare a <br />development policy plan for buildout of the "Pete's Harbor" and "Peninsula Marina" sites. <br />Coordinate plan policies with the City's vision for adjacent areas, planned capital improvements, <br />and EIR-related environmental, traffic/transportation, and other consultants. <br /> <br />Plan diagrams, illustrations, and development guidelines will clarify the City's expectations for an <br />new Bayfront residential community. A concise Marina Shores Precise Plan plan/booklet containing <br />text and graphics will be prepared to document underlying assumptions, objectives, and detailed <br />development and design policies. The Precise Plan will establish implementation and administrative <br />procedures the City will follow to process anticipated development phases. <br /> <br />The Work Tasks below include up to five (5) staff working meetings, one (1) joint Commission/ARC <br />study session prior to preparation of the Precise Plan document, and two (2) public hearings. <br /> <br /> Work Tasks <br /> <br />Work tasks described below parallel those on the attached staffing and cost spreadsheet. <br /> <br />Task 1: Supporting Plan Policy Maps.
