BKF estimates a total of 388 hours of work to upgrade the water model and present <br /> the findings in a report format (refer to the attached hourly breakdown sheet). The <br /> item fees are based on the estimated hours of work needed to complete the described <br /> tasks. However, the fee per item will vary if less or mom work hours are required to <br /> complete the task. All of our time will be invoice on a time and materials, not to <br /> exceed basis.
