4.0 Web Site: Provide support and advice on Web content and structure in <br />regard to water supply, recycled water, water conservation and specific <br />information related to the recycled water project. Maintain Web content for active <br />community use. Community users will be able to get up-to-date information on <br />the progress and phases of the project. Content to be timely in addressing <br />developments as may be requested by the Community Task Force. <br /> · In coordination with RC IT staff, maintain layout and navigation for project <br /> specific web pages and related conservation and water supply content <br /> · Assist staff and city's media consultant in finalizing a CDR summary of the <br /> 7/28 City Council meeting and assist with posting / linking on web page. <br /> Post all relevant notices, documents, schedules and maps in a timely and <br /> responsive manner that meets community expectations for information <br /> about the project <br /> · Build a suite of Web pages for specific content related to Water <br /> Conservation activities and Water Supply information <br /> · Work with RC webmaster to coordinate the above and design so layout <br /> will integrate with new City web format <br /> · Assist and advise regarding on-going project content updates <br /> <br /> Budgeted: $6,000 <br /> <br /> Total Not-to-Exceed Amount for Phase One B: $24,000 <br /> <br />Budget Summary and Components: <br /> <br /> Phase ONE B (September 2003 through December 2003) <br /> 1.0 Consultations $8,000 <br /> 2.0 Outreach Contact Manager $2,000 <br /> 3.0 Communications $8,000 <br /> 4.0 Web Site $6,000 <br /> <br /> Not-to-Exceed: $24,000 <br /> <br />See Exhibit "B" for hourly rates for services. <br /> <br />Additional Services <br />* All printed matter and associated mailing costs are not included in this estimate.
