The Kaiser Permanente facilities are more complex
and have more data than the Abbott Laboratories facilities and are therefore assumed to take
greater effort for analysis. The estimated budget for this scope of work is $29,500 and a
breakdown of the budget by task shown in the table below.

Description Total Hours Total Cost
Task 1 a - Water Demand Estimation Methodology 88 $ 9,350
Task 1 b -Wastewater Flow Generation Estimate 37 $ 4,150
Methodology
Task 1 Sub-total 125 $ 13,500
Task 2 - Kaiser Permanente Water Demand Evaluation 70 $ 8,200
Task 3 - Abbott Laboratories Water Demand Evaluation 66 $ 7,800
Total Tasks 1 - 3 265 ~ 29,500

Schedule

We understand that the City and the developers wish to complete this project as soon as
possible with the results of these analyses to be included in the f~nal Environmental Impact
Report for each of the projects. We anticipate that Task I can be commenced as soon as
authorization is received and a draft tech memo prepared within 3 weeks of authorization.
