Residential Parkin�Spaces Reauired. For anv multiple dwellin� development located in <br /> a mixed-use zonin�district, the reauired number of parkin� spaces is as follows: <br /> 1. Unit size.Two spaces per unit for two-bedroom or lar�er units, one and one-half <br /> spaces per unit for studio or one bedroom units, plus one space for everv four <br /> units for�uest or visitor parkin�. <br /> 2. Guest/Visitor Spaces Reduced.The responsible review authoritv mav reduce or <br /> eliminate the reauired number of�uest or visitor spaces for a multiple dwellin� <br /> development if one of the followin� conditions applies: <br /> a. Adeauate street parkin� is available. <br /> b. Onlv one (1) parkin� space is reserved per unit for residents, or <br /> c. The site is in close proximitv to retail shoppin�facilities and services. <br /> C. Desi�nated Parkin�for low-Emittin�and Carpool Vehicles in Nonresidential <br /> Development. Desi�nated parkin� shall be provided for anv combination of low- <br /> emittin�, fuel-efficient, electric and carpool/vanpool vehicles, as indicated in the table <br /> below.
