<br /> 3. Private Residential Open Space Reauirements.
<br /> a. Minimum Dimension. The minimum dimension of anv private open
<br /> space area shall be six feet.
<br /> b. Private Open Space Orientation. Private open saace(s) attached to
<br /> residential units shall be desi�ned to avoid direct visibilitv into the
<br /> interiors of adiacent units. Ground-level open spaces mav be enclosed
<br /> and secured, but shall contain an open �ate or fence that allows visibilitv
<br /> to and from the space.
