Bicvcle parkin� shall be provided for new <br /> development consistent with this Section. <br /> a. Residential Bicvcle Parkin�. Secure bicvcle parkin� facilities shall be <br /> rovided for residential units. Minimum capacitv shall be one secured <br /> arkin� space per three dwellin� units. Acceptable parkin� facilities shall <br /> be located convenient to the street and must include: <br /> i. Covered, lockable enclosures with permanentiv anchored racks <br /> for bicycles; and/or <br /> ii. Lockable bicvcle rooms with permanentiv anchored racks; and/or <br /> iii. Lockable, permanentiv anchored bicvcle lockers. <br /> b. Commercial Bicvcle Parkin� (Tenantl. For buildin�s with over 10 tenant- <br /> occupants, secure bicvcle parkin� shall be provided for five percent of <br /> motorized vehicle parkin� capacitv. with a minimum of one space. <br /> Acceptable parkin� facilities shall be located convenient to the street and <br /> must include one or more of the followin�: <br /> i. If the aroiect is anticiaated to <br /> enerate visitor traffic, permanentiv anchored bicvcle racks shall be <br /> rovided within 100 feet of the primarv entrance. Such parkin� shall be <br /> readilv visible to passers-bv. Bicvcle parkin� shall be provided at five <br /> ercent of motorized vehicle parkin� capacitv. with a minimum of one <br /> two-bike capacitv rack. <br /> 5. Personal Stora�e Development Standards. Each residential unit shall be <br /> rovided a minimum of 80 cubic feet of enclosed, lockable stora�e space located <br /> outside of the unit. The stora�e space mav be within a fullv enclosed �ara�e as <br /> lon� as the stora�e space is in addition to the parkin� space(s) reauired. The <br /> stora�e space mav also be located off of a patio, balconv. or deck as lon� as it is <br /> in addition to the private open space reauired, is in an enclosed space, and does <br /> not ne�ativelv impact facade appearance. <br />
