The bonus hei�ht maximum limits stated in Table 53-3 shall be <br /> ermitted for proiects that (1) provide clear public benefits or (2) which have <br /> severe and unusual frontage constraints as described in Subsections 53.7.6.3.a <br /> below. <br />
