Elevation of First Floor. <br /> i. Nonresidential uses. The first habitable floor shall be located no <br /> more than two feet above or below the existin� �rade at anv <br /> oint alon� a street propertv line. <br /> ii. Residential uses. The first habitable floor of a residential-onlv <br /> buildin� shall be located no more than six feet above existin� <br /> v <br /> rade and no more than two feet below existin� �rade alon� a <br /> street propertv line. <br /> b. Minimum Ground Floor Hei�ht. The minimum hei�ht of nonresidential <br /> round floor spaces shall be 12 feet.
