Windows and openin�s facin� streets shall <br /> constitute a minimum of 20 percent of street-facin� buildin�faces. <br /> 3. Blank Walls. No street fronta�e wall mav run in a continuous plane for more <br /> than 20 feet without an openin�. Openin�s fulfillin� this reauirement shall have <br /> transparent �lazin� and provide views into work areas, displav areas, sales areas. <br /> lobbies, or similar active spaces, or into window displavs that are at least three <br /> feet deep. Exceptions are subiect to approval bv the responsible review <br /> authoritv. <br />
