7.A. - Page 119 <br /> ATTAC H M E N T 11 <br /> Summary of Revisions Subsequent to Planning Commission Recommendation <br /> Article 2 <br /> • "Public/Private" was removed from the term "Assembly/Meeting Facilities." <br /> • The numbering of each individual defined term was removed. <br /> • Various cross-reference corrections were made throughout Zoning Code, which were <br /> necessitated due to the removal of the numbering from Article 2. <br /> Article 3 <br /> • In the Planning Commission draft, Section 3.2 was erroneously labeled as Section 3.1. <br /> Article 30 <br /> • In the Planning Commission draft, the subsection numbering was wrong. <br /> • The table number has been removed from the Clean Air Vehicle table. <br /> • Subsections which follow the new text for Required Number of Parking Spaces — Mixed- <br /> Use Zoning Districts have been renumbered to accommodate the new subsection. <br /> • Per Planning Commission feedback, the requirement for covered parking spaces has <br /> been deleted. <br /> • A correction was made to the Article 30 parking stall dimensions table to correct a <br /> mistake that pre-dates this zoning update. <br /> • An error to cross references in Section 30.5(A)(6) was corrected. <br /> Article 53 <br /> • In the Open Space Regulations section, the term "Quasi-Public Open Space" has been <br /> added to clarify that some open spaces are open to the public, but owned by a private <br /> entity. This new term is also defined in Article 2. Also, it is clarified in 53.4(A)(2)(a) that <br /> quasi-public open space can be counted toward the 125 sq.ft. per unit open space <br /> requirement. <br /> • Section 53.5(B)(3)(c) has been modified a bit to add some flexibility to street tree <br /> placement per the request of the Planning Commission. <br /> • Section 53.7(B)(3)(a) has been changed to fix a wording problem pointed out by the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> • A creek setback cross reference was removed commensurate with an errata sheet <br /> provided to the Planning Commission at their May 3rd meeting. <br />
